Papervanta (“we”, “us” or “our”) provides custom packaging paper and packaging sourcing services for brands, retailers, packaging studios, e-commerce teams and global buyers.

When you contact us, we may receive your name, company, work email, product or application, custom size and format, quantity and destination, print direction, timing requirements, project details, and any logo or artwork files you choose to provide.

• respond to questions and prepare quotations, samples or proofing discussions;
• coordinate production, OEM/ODM, packaging, colour confirmation and delivery inquiries;
• improve our website and communications; and
• measure website and advertising performance where consent or another lawful basis applies.

Artwork files and intellectual property

Artwork and logo files are used to understand and discuss your packaging project. Please share files only when you are authorized to do so. Our current inquiry form opens your email client; files are not automatically stored on this website, so attach the original file yourself when you send the inquiry.

Sharing information

We may share necessary project details with selected production, packaging or logistics partners only when needed to evaluate, quote or fulfill your request. We do not sell personal information.
